The New York Hall of Science
by Paula McMillan, age 10
As a kid and a student, I give The New York Hall of Science in Queens two thumbs up, because at The New York Hall of Science, you are learning about science AND having fun at the same time.
For example: you climb this rope and the light goes up; and there's a bike with a fan attached, so when you pedal, air comes through the fan.
The gift shop has great souvenirs, for instance, the disappearing ink, one squirt, wait a few seconds and it disappears, a perfect way to demonstrate the effects of science. So, as I said before, I give The New York Hall of Science two thumbs up!
